Connect the Transmitter to Wi-Fi

  1. Power on the transmitter

Wait ~10–30 seconds for its setup Wi-Fi network to appear.

  1. Join the transmitter’s Wi-Fi network (hotspot)

On your phone, open Wi-Fi settings and connect to:

R1-XXXX
(XXXX = the serial number printed on the side of the TX)

Password: 12345678

If your phone warns “No Internet”

  • iPhone: tap Use Without Internet

  • Android: choose Stay connected (or similar)

  1. Open the setup page

Open a browser (Safari/Chrome) and go to:

http://192.168.4.1:80
(If that doesn’t load, try: http://192.168.4.1 )

  1. Enter your home Wi-Fi details

On the setup page:

  1. Select (or type) your home Wi-Fi name (SSID)

  2. Enter your home Wi-Fi password

  3. Tap Connect

You may see “Data request failed.” That’s OK — the TX can still be joining your Wi-Fi.


  1. Confirm the transmitter is online

Open mywicharge.com

Use:

  • Email: the email you used to order the kit

  • Password: 12345678

You should see your transmitter and its connection status.

  • First connection is usually within ~1 minute

  • If it still shows offline after a few minutes, follow the troubleshooting steps below.
