1. Return Window

1.1 30-Day Period. You may return the Kit within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price. The 30-day clock starts the day the carrier marks the package as delivered to your shipping address.

2. Condition of Returned Items

2.1 Accessories Required. To be eligible for a refund, the Kit must be returned with all original accessories, including: the R1 wireless power transmitter and stand, the drop-in receiver module, the 12V power adapter and cable, mounting hardware, the quick install guide, and the original packaging where possible.

2.2 Good Working Order. The Kit must be in good working order and must not have been damaged by misuse, improper installation, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

2.3 Partial Refunds. We may refuse a refund or issue a partial refund if the Kit is returned with missing accessories or in a damaged or heavily used condition.

3. Return Shipping

3.1 Customer Returns. If you are returning the Kit because you changed your mind, it did not fit your setup, or for any other non-defective reason, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

3.2 Defective Units. If the Kit is defective on arrival or fails within the 30-day window, Wi-Charge covers the return shipping cost. Contact support@wi-charge.com first with your order number and a description of the defect, and we will send you a prepaid shipping label.

4. Refunds

4.1 Processing. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned Kit. Bank processing can add 3 to 10 additional business days before the refund appears in your account.

4.2 Original Shipping Charges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to a defect covered by our Limited Warranty.

5. Pre-Orders

5.1 Cancellation Before Shipping. You may cancel your pre-order at any time before we send you a shipping confirmation email, and we will refund the full pre-order amount to your original payment method.

5.2 Cancellation After Shipping. Once the Kit has shipped, the 30-day return window described above applies. Pre-order cancellation is no longer available after the shipping confirmation is sent.

6. Warranty (Separate From This Policy)The Kit carries a 12-month Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty claims beyond the 30-day return window are handled as repair or replacement under the Limited Warranty, not as a refund. See the Terms of Service, Section 8, for full warranty terms.

8. Third-Party Sellers

If you purchased the Kit from a reseller, distributor, or other third-party seller, that seller's return and refund policies apply. Wi-Charge is not responsible for returns or refunds on purchases made outside our direct sales channels.
